Sincordia Online Backup Service allows you to backup all of your important data remotely simply by downloading our software onto your desktop or laptop computer or server. You choose which files to backup and at which time Sincordia Online Backup should perform the backup. Once you've backed up your files you can view them from anywhere - from any web browser, or from your mobile and tablet. You can view your photos and documents, and even listen to your music and watch your movies, wherever you are. You can be sure your files are safe and secure. We keep multiple copies of your files, so you can get to them at any time, and we encrypt them with military-grade encryption, so that they're completely private.

Yes, if you purchase the Unlimited Machines package you will be able to install the software onto any number of machines provided that they are all using either one of Windows or Mac operating systems.
Yes, Sincordia Online Backup is able to run in the background as you use most of your programs as usual, the only exceptions to this being database related files and programs and Outlook.
There is no limit to how much data you can backup. Both of our packages offer unlimited storage space.
You can set Sincordia Online Backup software to automatically backup your data in real time, meaning as soon as the file changes it is backed up, or you can set the backup to run at a certain point in the day or night. With Sincordia Online Backup it couldn't be easier to schedule backups.
The first backup will take the longest time as all files that you have selected will need to be uploaded, however any backups after that will be far quicker as incremental backups are used, meaning that only new or updated files will be backed up to our data centre.
